We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't quite go to plan. To request a refund, please fill out a form provided by us. Once the refund is processed, the product will be removed from your account and production will cease.

 

Please note that refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to review by our support team. Refunds may be denied if the product has been extensively used, or if there is evidence of abuse or fraud.

With regard to digital products, once they are produced and shipped, there are no refunds except if there is an error on our part.
